Whole grains: 
Whole grains, cereals, and other starches in their whole form, such as quinoa, brown rice, millet, whole wheat, oats, barley, etc. Even popcorn is a whole grain.

Legumes: 
Beans of any kind, plus lentils, pulses, and similar ingredients.
