WHAT IS AN EMBRYO TRANSFER PROCESS?


An embryo transfer is a final part of the in vitro fertilization (IVF) process.
 IVF involves removing a woman's egg from her ovaries and fertilizing it with sperm in an exceeding laboratory
During IVF, fertility medications are wanted to stimulate the ovaries into releasing healthy eggs

These eggs will then be fertilized in an exceedingly and left to culture for 1-2 days. If many good quality embryos develop, those that aren't visiting be transferred may be frozen.
The embryo transfer process is comparable to the method for a cytologic smear. The doctor will insert a speculum into the woman’s vagina to stay the vaginal walls open.

The process is sometimes pain-free and infrequently requires any sedatives. Some women may feel discomfort as a result of having the speculum inserted or from having a full bladder, which is required for the ultrasound. The method is brief, and also the bladder may be emptied immediately after.
